GENERAL CONDITIONS

At the moment of booking of the studio, the guest declares to be fully aware of the following General Conditions of the contract:

On arrival the guest will be asked to pay to the owner a Guarantee Deposit of €100. On departure, if there is no damage in the studio or the relevant areas, the sum will be returned to the guest. 
The guest must treat the studio and the objects relevant to it, both inside and outside, in a diligent manner and only for their normal use as defined by security laws and in the limits of this contract and must leave them in the same conditions   he found them. The guest will answer directly to the owner for any damage caused during the stay.

The owner is not responsible for the theft of any object belonging to guests that took place either inside the studio or on the grounds of Art Studio Kefalonia. 

For any dispute related to the application and interpretation of this contract, The competent court is the District Court of Argostoli.
